Accountability
Proof, Not Promises. Here Is the Actual Report.
Every mobile billboard company says "GPS tracked." Almost none will show you the report before you buy. This is the exact structure every PixelMile campaign delivers - with your real data instead of this sample.

Real reports include the actual photos of your truck, on your route, with EXIF timestamps intact.
What you receive with every campaign
- GPS route logs - raw CSV export plus the plotted route replay, for every truck, every day.
- Timestamped photo set - the truck, on route, with your creative up.
- Hourly run log - zones covered, timing windows hit, any exceptions flagged (and credited).
- Impressions estimate - built from the actual route driven, using the methodology in our impressions guide.
- One consolidated report for multi-city and multi-truck campaigns - one document your team and your boss can read.
If a truck did not run its scheduled hours, you do not pay for them. That is the whole policy.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What proof of performance does PixelMile provide?
Every campaign ships with GPS route logs (pings throughout the run), timestamped photos of the truck on route, an hourly run log, and an impressions estimate built from the actual route driven. Multi-city campaigns get one consolidated report.
How do I know the GPS data is real?
The GPS log is exported from the tracking unit on the truck as raw data with timestamps and coordinates - you can plot it yourself. If a truck did not run its scheduled hours, you do not pay for them.
Do other mobile billboard companies provide this?
Many claim GPS tracking; few show a sample report before you buy, and some treat detailed reporting as an upsell. We publish the report structure up front because accountability is the product.
When do I receive the report?
Route confirmations and photos flow during the campaign, and the consolidated report is delivered at the end of the flight. For multi-week campaigns, you get interim reports weekly.
